Job Overview

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for receiving and processing cargo from various sources. This role involves inspecting delivery receipts to ensure accuracy, coordinating with the Export Department, and assisting in sorting items prior to staging.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Receive cargoes from brokers, other consolidators, shippers, and company owned trucks intended for export.
  • Verify that information on documents matches delivery receipts of items received.
  • Notify the Export Department of all received cargoes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers/supervisors to sort items by destination before staging.
  • Inspect items physically for release/issuance from the warehouse, items for pull-out and/or delivery to clients.
  • Release items to brokers, other consolidators, container vans, and company owned trucks intended for export, for direct stuffing and/or delivery to another CFS.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors.

  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with Export Department.
