Project Planning & Execution

Define project planning, scope, goals, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, deliverables, and risk management; Managing logistics- related projects such as warehouse expansion, transportation optimization, inventory system upgrades, and supply chain process improvements; Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion; Lead kick-off meetings and regular status updates.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and project teams; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leaders, operations, procurement, transportation, and IT to ensure project alignment; Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations; Manage the vendor coordination and communication related to logistics infrastructure or service upgrades.

Team Leadership

Supervise project team members and assign responsibilities; Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; Resolve project issues or escalate to management when necessary; Help ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies across projects.

Process Improvement

Analyze and optimize logistics processes (e.g., transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery); Conduct root cause analysis for logistics challenges and support implementation of corrective actions; Recommend and implement automation or technology solutions.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; Prepare regular reports on project progress reports, dashboards, challenges and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders; Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress updates; Organize and document meetings, action items, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably in logistics or warehousing


• Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, or distribution systems.


• Experience in Philippine logistics operations is a must.


• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).


• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership


• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.


• Excellent time management, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and organizational skills.
