  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to ensure high performance across teams.
  • Proficient in project management software, especially Microsoft Project, with a solid grasp of scheduling and estimation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful implementation of construction projects.
  • Develop both long-term and short-term project plans, set milestones, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Delegate project tasks effectively to employees, ensuring the right personnel handle specific tasks.
  • Act as the main contact for multiple teams, ensuring that all team efforts are aligned and synergistic.
  • Ensure compliance with construction checklists and monitor construction processes.
  • Manage both repair and preventive maintenance tasks for projects.
  • Stay updated on project progress and issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Prepare detailed end-of-project reports, providing validation and summary of the work completed.
  • Regularly visit construction sites to assess progress and address any issues.
