JOB SCOPE:

  • Managing kitchen operations and preparing and presenting a wide range of dishes while supervising junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
  • Develop menu design and concepts for the assigned food outlet and catering events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a similar kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong culinary and presentation skills with the ability to execute and train others in standardized recipes.
