The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Junior Digital Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in amplifying our digital presence, optimizing sales inquiry processes, and fueling strategic growth initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns, leveraging AI tools for creative content generation to expand our online community.
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor effective email marketing campaigns, from newsletters to promotional blasts, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
  • Sales Support & Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, professionally answering inquiries and efficiently forwarding leads and customer questions to the sales team.
  • Operations Support: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: While fresh graduates are welcome to apply, we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in marketing, sales support, or operations—ideally within an educational or online learning setting.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems (CMS).
  • AI Enthusiast: Eagerness and proven ability to leverage AI tools for content generation, research, and campaign optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor for phone interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Team Player: A proactive individual who embodies our values of integrity, continuous learning, and excellence, and is excited to contribute to a small, collaborative team.
  • Problem-Solver: Resourceful and capable of finding solutions independently, while also knowing when to seek guidance.

  • Experience with CRM software.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
