  • Maintenance: Performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces.
  • Guest Services: Responding to guest needs, arranging furniture, and ensuring ashtrays are emptied promptly.
  • Stocking: Replenishing supplies in restrooms and other public areas.
  • Safety: Following safety protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals.

Pool Attendant

  • Cleanliness: Keeping the pool area clean and organized, including skimming the water, cleaning the deck, and removing trash.
  • Guest Assistance: Welcoming guests, providing towels, setting up furniture (like chairs and umbrellas), and assisting with their needs.
  • Safety: Ensuring guests follow pool rules and safety guidelines, and sometimes assisting swimmers in danger, although this is the primary role of a lifeguard.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and chemical testing to ensure the pool is sanitary and safe, which includes checking levels of chemicals like chlorine and pH.
