Role Overview

Provide support and guidance to clients to ensure optimal use of the service and

achievement of their objectives. Collaborate with the internal team to optimize

campaigns and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities


• Conduct client onboarding and train them on the platform.


• Analyze and optimize Meta campaigns.


• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support.


• Communicate issues or improvements to the product team.


• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements


• English proficiency: Advanced level (B2+ or above) for clear communication with

Northern European clients.


• Knowledge of digital marketing.


• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.


• Organizational ability and proactive attitude.


• Previous experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.


• Experience as Customer Success (customer service alone is not sufficient).


• Familiarity with Notion.

• Goal for the next 6 months: Grow the accounts.


• Ideal personality: Proactive, with initiative.


• Preferred background: Customer Success experience; support, marketing, sales,

or account management are valued.


• Onboarding process: Structured for the first month with tasks and milestones.


• Internal tools: Notion for CRM, ticketing, and campaign management.

Qualifications


• Degree or studies: Experience is valued more than formal education.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years.


• Valued skills: Proactive attitude.


• Languages: Spanish and English (English B2+)
