This isn't just about running ads. It's about building a growth engine, leveraging the latest best practices in performance marketing and creative testing to drive results for both our brand and our clients. Your Day to Day
  • Strategize, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Run experiments (A/B & multivariate tests) and push insights into action to scale ROI/ROAS.
  • Leverage analytics tools (GA4, GTM, attribution platforms, Zapier integrations) to get clarity in today's messy multi-touch funnels.
  • Spot trends before others do, AI tools, automation hacks, new placements, and turn them into a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Ops, and Creative, and work cross-country (PH, TH, ID, KH) to make sure data and storytelling power every campaign.
  • Balance big-picture growth strategy with hands-on execution.
Must Have
  • Handson experience managing paid campaigns across Google Search/Display, TikTok,Facebook, Instagram.
  • Proven analytics skills: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, plus expert in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Data-driven problem solver: able to analyze large data sets, identify what's working, and course-correct fast.
  • Ownership mentality: thrive under ambitious targets and find ways to hit them
  • Strong time management: juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
