Analysis focuses on production/administration processes in the area of quality, safety, delivery, and cost. (60%) Draws conclusions on potential improvement strategies for review with the lean team. Recommendations may be shared with the business. (25%) Tracks project progress to ensure quality and adherence to project and company objectives.
