Core Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping (both physical and digital).
- Maintaining and updating employee files
- Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Responding to employee inquiries, explaining HR policies and procedures, and communicating updates.
- Assisting with various HR projects, such as employee surveys, training sessions, and other initiatives.
