Job Position: Recruitment Associate

Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Arrangement: Onsite

The Recruiter Associate/Officer will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for technology and non-technology positions, and collaborate with hiring managers to establish realistic technical requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.

· Provides updates on hiring requirements to appropriate parties and effective monitoring of applications processed / to be processed.

· Shares new insights and ideas on current recruitment practices and suggests improvements from a procedural perspective.

· Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.

· Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • With at least six (6) months of related recruiting experience.
  • Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment for technical, IT, or executive/non-executive positions
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City.
  • Can start immediately.
