Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare operations by handling prior authorizations, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig, with a fixed graveyard shift and weekends off. We are actively looking for Medical Allied graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Accurately process prior authorization requests for medical procedures, treatments, and medications.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, patients, and healthcare professionals to complete required documentation.
  • Review and validate medical records, ensuring compliance with insurance policies and healthcare standards.
  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth healthcare operations.
  • Adhere to company procedures and meet performance goals including accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance rates.
  • Stay informed about updates in healthcare policies, insurance requirements, and documentation standards.

What You Need To Have:

  • A graduate of any Medical Allied course (REQUIRED).
  • At least 6 months of experience in prior authorization or a related healthcare support role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig on a fixed graveyard shift.
