About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join EMBLUJU INC.', a dynamic and innovative company, as a Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. In this full-time position, you will be based in Metro Manila and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team in executing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
