By partnering with CPAC, dealerships can focus on sales while we handle the backend operations, ensuring efficient after-sales systems, technical operations, inventory support, and customer care, all under one roof.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing branding initiatives, creating marketing collateral, and managing social media channels. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy development, market research, and data analysis skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Branding and creative skills, including content creation and graphic design
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
