  1. Field Researcher do qualitative data collectionthatinvolvesgathering information and conducts on-site investigation.
  2. Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the team
  3. Recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
  4. May provide guidance and leadership to other field researchers engaged in similar activities.
  5. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the direct superior/s.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong observational skills: The ability to notice and record important details accurately;
  • Analytical thinking: The ability to analyze information and draw sound conclusions;
  • Excellent communication: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential for interviews and report writing;
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous record-keeping is crucial for all aspects of the job;
  • Discretion and ethics: The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain ethical standards;
  • Physical and mental stamina: Willing to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
  • The job also requires travel. Driving Experience is an advantage
  • Willing to undergo training
