Aftermarket Sales Engineer/Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee aftermarket sales of spare parts and services in Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and develop new ones.
- Support the Aftermarket Sales Manager with projects, presentations, pricing, and strategy.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to equipment.
- Strengthening customer relationships and enhancing aftermarket support for products.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products and applications.
- Prepare reports after customer visits and share with relevant teams.
- Keep accurate records of accounts, opportunities, and correspondence in company databases.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
- Manage customer accounts in alignment with market strategies.
- Report on market developments and industry opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on willingness.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with various levels within customer organizations.
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven sales professional.
- Well-developed sales and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
