Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an General Manager located in Butuan. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with different departments, handling budgets, implementing operational policies, and maintaining health and safety regulations. The Operations Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, performance management, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in operations management, hospitality management, or hotel management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in Butuan City.
