About the role

Piscis Austrinus Agency is seeking experienced Unit Managers/Agency Leaders to join our dynamic team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. As a Unit Manager/Agency Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our financial planning team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and mentor a team of financial planners, providing guidance, training, and support to help them reach their full potential
  2. Previous experience managing a team of 10-15 people is required
  3. Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency's client base and revenue
  4. Oversee the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice and solutions to our clients
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  6. Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and enhance the overall client experience
  7. Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  8. Represent the agency in the local community and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the financial planning industry
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in financial planning is required
  3. Extensive knowledge of financial planning products, services, and regulations
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field
  8. Current license or certification in financial planning (e.g., Certified Financial Planner)
  9. Multiple types of financial planning licences or certifications will be accepted
