About the role

Join our dynamic team at Templar Manpower and General Services Corporation as a full-time Booking Sales Agent in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing bookings for our diverse range of retail products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries from customers regarding product availability, pricing, and booking information
  2. Process bookings and reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  4. Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers to enhance their booking experience
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
  6. Assist with any other sales and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or booking environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including booking/reservation platforms
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
