1. Sales and Account Development

  • Generate new SME accounts and develop existing business relationships to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client prospecting, presentations, and solution proposals tailored to SME needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of fiber internet packages and value-added services.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients for renewals and upgrades.

3. Coordination and Service Fulfillment

  • Work closely with the operations, engineering, and installation teams to ensure timely deployment of services.
  • Coordinate with billing and collection teams to monitor payment status and address client billing concerns.
  • Provide feedback to the technical team regarding customer requirements or service performance.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain an updated database of SME clients, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Submit daily or weekly sales activity and performance reports to the SME Sales Head.
  • Track service installations, renewals, and client account status.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate of any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and software.
  • Willing to travel and meet clients as required.

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
