Product Specialist (Full-Time | Onsite)

Work Locations: Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog (Laguna, Cavite), Region 1, and Cebu

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist (PS) who will play a key role in ensuring excellent product knowledge, client satisfaction, and after-sales support. The Product Specialist will work closely with the Senior Product Specialist and other departments to deliver product demonstrations, conduct research, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client/customer training.
  • Handle programming and troubleshooting of laboratory machines.
  • Perform research and analysis of competitors' products.
  • Coordinate with principal suppliers regarding product updates and unresolved issues.
  • Evaluate defective products and assist in after-sales service.
  • Support Professional Marketing Representatives in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Service Engineers to ensure optimum machine performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Medical Technology (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • PRC license is an advantage but not required, as long as the applicant has a strong theoretical background and basic operational knowledge of laboratory machines.
  • Knowledgeable about laboratory machine principles.
  • Willing to learn, travel nationwide, and work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
