We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead road and highway projects for TIPICON ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS. The ideal candidate is strong in field supervision, equipment handling, and roadworks execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations for roadworks, earthworks, grading, concrete paving, and drainage
  • Lead and manage workers, operators, and subcontractors on site
  • Ensure correct implementation of plans, levels, and construction methods
  • Coordinate with site engineers and office for materials, equipment, and manpower needs
  • Plan and assign proper equipment usage (dump trucks, graders, rollers, backhoe, payloader, etc.) based on work activities
  • Check that equipment is used efficiently and not wasted (idling, wrong deployment, unnecessary trips)
  • Monitor daily accomplishment, productivity, and quality of work
  • Ensure safety compliance and adherence to specs and DPWH/LGU standards
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and basic quantity records
  • Solve on-site problems quickly to avoid delays

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Foreman in roads, highways, or horizontal projects
  • Strong knowledge in equipment operations and deployment (earthmoving, compaction, transport, lifting)
  • Can read and interpret plans, elevations, and basic quantities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (field-based)
  • With good moral character and strong work ethic

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
