Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate the daily operations on-site. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring progress, and assisting in resolving issues as they arise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction work, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and skilled trades on-site
  • Ensure all tasks are performed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate daily activities and delegate responsibilities to crew members.
  • Monitor site productivity and address any delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and other relevant regulations.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Inspect work areas and materials for quality control.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers for materials, schedules, and problem resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of labor, materials, equipment usage, and progress.
  • Assist in training new workers and maintaining discipline on-site.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course graduate in construction-related fields (TESDA NC II/NC III is an advantage).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Knowledgeable in structural, architectural, civil, or MEPF works depending on project needs.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Familiar with reading blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to shifting schedules and project demands.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, mobile apps, or construction software is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in assigned project locations anywhere in the Philippines.
