MC Wilson Corp is seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise construction teams, ensure quality workmanship, and oversee day-to-day site operations. The Foreman will coordinate workers, manage tasks, and ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead construction workers and subcontractors on site

  • Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks for the crew

  • Monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications

  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety and company standards

  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site staff

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site

  • Resolve issues and provide guidance to workers when needed

  • Prepare daily reports and updates for management

  • Ensure a clean and organized worksite

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work plans

  • Physically fit and able to work on-site

  • Willing to be assigned to various project locations

  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
