Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Manage employee performance and attendance.

Project Management:

  • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and the use of equipment and machinery.

Safety & Quality:

  • Enforce safety protocols, monitor the use of safety gear, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate the quality of construction and adherence to plans.
  • Maintain safety records and a secure work environment.

Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between upper management, project managers, and on-site workers.
  • Report on job progress and site conditions.
  • Resolve conflicts and miscommunications among team members.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Manage and maintain tools and heavy machinery used on the job site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
