Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Multi Skilled Support Staff in Supermarket. As a MSS, you will be responsible for assist in 100 % compliance to cashiering functions, assist in 100% remittance of all transactions by the end of the day; Ensure stocks availability with 100% replenishments, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and leading a team of store associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. It is an on-site role.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree is an advantage or College Level is acceptable
  • Willing to be assigned in Supermarket located at Calicanto Batangas City
