About the role

Join the Furukawa Automotive Systems Lima Philippines, Inc' team as a Quality Assurance Staff. In this full-time role based in Lipa City Batangas, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of the company's manufacturing processes and products. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the business within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough inspections and tests to verify product quality and compliance with industry standards

  • Identifying and addressing quality issues at all stages of the manufacturing process

  • Documenting quality control procedures and maintaining detailed records

  • Collaborating with production teams to implement continuous improvements

  • Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices

  • Analyzing quality data to identify trends and recommend preventative actions

  • Supporting the implementation of quality management systems and quality control initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality management principles and methodologies

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in using quality control tools and technologies

  • Effective communication and reporting skills

  • Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, engineering or a related field
