We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Create and manage content for social media, websites, and promotional materials

  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and external partners for marketing collateral

  • Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics

  • Maintain the marketing database and assist in lead generation efforts

  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Proven experience in marketing or a similar role is a plus

  • Good understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design or social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Facebook Business Suite)

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills
