Position Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for handling end-to-end sales activities of the company, from lead generation to closing of sales and post-sale customer support. This role focuses on building customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, processing orders, and ensuring customer needs are properly attended to until the sale is fully executed.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesA. Lead Generation & Sales Development

  • Generate and develop sales leads through various channels (calls, messages, referrals, walk-ins, online inquiries, and field activities).
  • Maintain and update a list of prospects and customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and potential customers in a timely manner.

B. Selling & Order Processing

  • Present products, pricing, and terms clearly to customers.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other basic sales documents.
  • Negotiate within company-approved pricing and terms.
  • Secure customer confirmation and coordinate order execution.

C. Customer Coordination & Service

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers from inquiry to delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Assist customers with order status, concerns, returns, or adjustments.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

D. Sales Execution & Follow-Through

  • Ensure all requirements for sales execution are completed (documents, approvals, delivery details, payment terms).
  • Monitor order progress and follow up until delivery and completion of sale.
  • Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of completed sales.

E. Reporting & Records

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and completed transactions.
  • Submit regular sales reports as required by management.
  • Assist in monitoring collections and outstanding balances when applicable.

F. Support & Other Tasks

  • Assist in promotional activities, sales campaigns, and customer visits when needed.
  • Support management with sales-related tasks and coordination.
  • Perform other sales and operations-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least college level preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account handling is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to do field work when required.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with possible field and customer visits.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to Sales Supervisor / Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
