We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate (Sales Representative) who can represent our company professionally and build lasting customer relationships.


Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Phoenagon Trading in speaking with customers who want to purchase our products. Your role includes identifying customer needs, explaining product features, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams (e.g. logistics, accounting) to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential and existing customers who want to buy medicines or other pharmaceutical items.
  • Understand our product lines well enough to explain benefits, usage, and compliance requirements.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote our products to customers (drugstores, clinics, hospitals, or end‑users as relevant).
  • Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone, or via email), including after‑sales support.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and complete sales transactions.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets / quotas.
  • Keep records of sales, customer contacts, follow‑ups, orders, etc.; provide regular reports to sales manager.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. inventory / logistics / accounting) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior; represent Phoenagon Trading with integrity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales experience (pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or similar) is a plus but fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills will also be considered.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written), ability to explain technical or medical information in clear terms.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills; customer‑oriented.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, perhaps CRM)
