Key Job Objective:

The Billing Associate is responsible for preparing all billing-related documents involving all sales orders (SO). These documents include, but not limited to, sales invoice, delivery receipts, collection receipts, receiving slip, and acknowledgement receipts.

Job Responsibilities:

· Determine if SO is under payment terms, cash on delivery, or online cash transfer.

· Advise Sales Associates to inform clients about uncollected payments, pending SOs.

· Verify with Sales Associates the client's proof of payment (for online cash transfers) or readiness to pay (for COD transactions) before proceeding with the billing.

· Print corresponding sales invoice/receiving slip /collection receipts and delivery receipts/acknowledgement receipts based on data available in the QNE/SAP system.

· Print sales invoice and delivery receipts for Lazada & Shopee platforms as requested by E-Commerce Sales Associate.

· Prepare a daily and weekly report on cancelled SOs.

· Consult with the Billing Supervisor regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.

· Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
