The Property Engineer is responsible for the management of all facility maintenance activities, consisting of periodic maintenance, repair of equipment, support building architectural, HVAC, electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures proper monitoring of all utilities of the building electricity, water, and LPG for the creation of monthly consumption reports.
  2. Checks and monitors the physical condition, general upkeep; cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
  3. Provides direction and training of new engineers/technicians for the familiarization of building operation and maintenance.
  4. Assumes Emergency Response Team member responsibility during any type of incident.
  5. Ensures facilities are in compliance with company ISO 9001 policies, regulations, and building codes.
  6. Responds to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues.
  7. Serves as the Pollution Control Officer of the building

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a property/building engineer or a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Excellent facilities management skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
