About the role

As a Property Engineer at Polystar General Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential properties in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management, from coordinating maintenance and repairs to monitoring energy efficiency and implementing sustainable practices.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
  2. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to schedule and oversee necessary repairs and upgrades
  3. Monitor and optimise the energy and resource consumption of properties, implementing sustainable solutions to reduce costs and environmental impact
  4. Maintain detailed records of property conditions, maintenance activities, and inventory of equipment and supplies
  5. Collaborate with the property management team to respond to tenant requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to the broader property management team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil EngineerinG.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy-efficient technologies
