This role ensures the smooth functioning of architectural, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems through regular upkeep and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report monthly utility consumption (electricity, water, LPG).
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the building and its surroundings.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, local regulations, and building codes.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the designated Pollution Control Officer for the property.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in property or building engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
