What is your mission?

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Supply Coordinator to support order processing, vendor communication, and customer inquiries. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, stage supply orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You'll also manage data entry tasks, update order records, and provide excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer-facing experience who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and internal calls
  • Process supply orders from alerts, phone requests, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders
  • Coordinate with vendors on product availability, status, and tracking
  • Communicate ETAs to customers and the Supplies team when items are backordered
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right department
  • Route sales calls and leads to the correct Sales Rep/Manager per territory guidelines
  • Manage voicemail, returning or routing calls as appropriate
  • Support data entry projects in the Compass sales database when needed
Who are we looking for?
  • 2–4 years of customer-facing experience (customer service, order entry, call center, scheduling)
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or purchasing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience with data entry in sales or order databases
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
