Work Schedule: 6-day work week

Shift: Morning to evening (split between lunch and dinner service)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Cook to join our Kitchen Operations team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, working across buffet and à la carte formats. You may be assigned to Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Pantry, or Butchery, depending on experience and rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and station assignments
  • Assist in mise en place and ensure proper food handling and storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Assist with plating and presentation for both buffet and à la carte service
  • Support kitchen operations during catering events when needed
  • Report equipment issues or supply shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor
  • Comply with kitchen protocols, rotation schedules, and shift handovers

Requirements

  • Proven cooking experience in a professional kitchen (1–3 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to work split shifts and weekends
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Culinary certification or TESDA NC-II is a plus
  • Familiarity with Filipino or Filipino-Spanish cuisine is an advantage
