We are looking for a Senior Development Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to M3 GLT (Graphical Lot Tracker)—a product designed to provide comprehensive traceability across the supply chain. This solution is especially critical in manufacturing industries such as food and beverage, where lot traceability is critical for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams — including product owners, architects, developers, and quality assurance — to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. Your leadership will drive alignment across stakeholders and mentors junior analysts to foster growth and knowledge sharing.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions and strategic discussions with business and technical stakeholders to define and prioritize roadmaps
• Mentor and collaborate with junior business analysts, quality analysts, and developers to ensure clarity and quality in deliverables
• Oversee bug triage and resolution processes, ensuring swift and effective issue management
• Drive the design of conceptual and detailed solution architectures, balancing technical feasibility and business value
• Champion quality assurance activities, including test planning, automation support, and validation of feature implementations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new features and process changes
• Deliver demos, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders at multiple levels, facilitating adoption and feedback
• Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide strategic input into product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives based on market trends and user feedback
• Determining the impact of M3 functionality enhancements on GLT

What You Will Need

• Demonstrated track record of creating value as a Business Analyst (typically 6+ years), with a degree in engineering, systems science, or a related technical/business field
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and deliver complex software solutions in Agile/Scrum environments
• Deep understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and software development lifecycle, with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems and driving data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
• Demonstrated mentoring experience, guiding junior analysts and fostering a collaborative learning environment
• Ability to quickly assimilate new concepts, technologies, and industry trends
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently and leading initiatives

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, in particular M3, and strong understanding of manufacturing or food & beverage or pharmaceutical industry processes.
• Background or keen interest in software design, system architecture, quality assurance, and database management
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Java programming sufficient to read and understand code.
• Prior experience in driving product roadmap planning and strategic business analysis
