We're hiring a results-driven Amazon PPC Expert ready to take full ownership of campaign outcomes, optimize at scale using bulk files, and thrive under strategic guidance. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, who produces high-impact, conversion-focused image and video assets, and report to our Data Analyst, who helps set strategic direction and supports you with powerful dashboards and optimization processes.

You'll manage performance across 25+ portfolios and thousands of campaigns across 2 brands and 3 marketplaces. If you light up at metrics like CTR, Top-of-Search IS, ACOS, TACOS, CVR, and ranking, and want to help scale our 2 private label brands to $10M+ annual revenue in the next 12 months, this is the role you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do

- Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across 2 brands & 3 marketplaces (US, CA, UK)

- Manage 25+ portfolio groups with thousands of campaigns, across different Amazon ad types (SP, SB, SD, etc)

- Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Helium 10, Scale Insights, and Sellerboard to guide optimizations.

- Use pre-built Power BI dashboards to further dive into trends and analytics

- Monitor KPIs by placements: ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, organic & sponsored rank

- Identify trends and data relationships to drive long-term profit gains

- Handle daily/weekly bid optimizations, campaign restructuring, keyword harvesting, and more

- Act on insights independently with minimal oversight, but maximum discipline

- Maintain clean campaign structures and naming conventions

- Document changes, insights, and results clearly

- Communicate results clearly using Loom video & dashboard reports

- Collaborate with the data, inventory, and creative teams to ensure an aligned advertising strategy

Must-Have Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (preferably across multiple brands and marketplaces)

- Strong understanding of Amazon ad types, targeting strategies, placement strategies, and bid algorithms

- Fluent in bulk file operations for large-scale campaign management

- Advanced in Google Sheets and Excel: pivot tables, nested formulas, lookups, conditional logic

- Experience interpreting dashboards in Power BI or similar tools (Looker Studio, Tableau)

- Familiar with Helium 10, Scale Insights, or other Amazon advertising automation tools

- Exceptionally detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined

- Analytical mindset: can interpret performance data and propose your own optimization strategies - not just following rules

Nice-to-Haves

(Not required, but great if you have, or are eager to learn):

- Basic Python for automation or data handling

- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or MySQL/PostgreSQL

Role Details

- Full-time (40 hrs/week)

- Remote, based in the Philippines (rest of team is PH-based)

- Work during the team's core hours of 10 AM - 3 PM UK Time (5 PM - 10 PM PHT time), flexibility in remaining hours

- Salary range: $1,700–$2,200/month (PHP 97,000 – 125,000), DOE

- Paid bi-weekly

- Up to $235/month in benefits:

--> 13th-month pay (pro-rated)
