Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Product Listing Error Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be focused on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving listing errors and compliance issues on Amazon. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, understands the nuances of account health and compliance, and has proven success handling not only basic product errors but also complex listing issues, appeals, and escalations. If you thrive on problem-solving, can think strategically under pressure, and know how to navigate Amazon’s systems to keep products live and compliant, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage Amazon product listings daily for errors, suppressions, and compliance issues. Proactively maintain and improve Account Health, including policy compliance, warnings, and case resolutions. Draft and submit appeals, plans of action, and escalations to Amazon when required. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, data entry) to correct root causes of listing errors. Document resolution processes, create repeatable SOPs, and train team members as needed. Track and report on listing health metrics and recurring error trends. Stay current with Amazon marketplace policies, best practices, and compliance changes. Experience creating and submitting successful appeals and plans of action to Amazon. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills (for Amazon case logs, escalations, and appeals). Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and manage deadlines under pressure. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with ChannelAdvisor/Rithum or similar marketplace integration platforms. Familiarity with other marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Shopify) and multi-channel error management. Understanding of Amazon flat file uploads and bulk listing tools. Experience with brand registry and intellectual property issues on Amazon. Background in ecommerce operations or catalog management for consumer products.
