AMAZON PPC SPECIALIST

Job Summary

As our Amazon PPC Specialist, you'll partner with the Product Manager to be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will use data and testing to constantly improve campaign performance, increase ROAS, and increase lifelong performance of the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD) across multiple ASINs and marketplaces.
  • • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign structures for optimal performance.
  • • Create and analyze advertising reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
  • • Run split tests (A/B testing) and implement learnings to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate with the listing/content team to align PPC strategy with organic SEO, creative, and conversion optimization.
  • • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key trends, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • • Stay updated with Amazon Advertising trends, algorithm changes, and new beta tools.
  • • Assist and contribute to the development of automated autonomous campaign optimization models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Digital Marketing, Advertising or equivalent related work experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Prefered:

  • Experience working with e-commerce companies
  • Experience scaling ad spend while maintaining or improving profitability.
  • Understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem and reporting tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Pacvue, or similar.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Must be 15 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Webcam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
