Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide course materials and instructional plans for B.S. Exercise & Sports Science major in Fitness & Sports Management.
  • Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
  • Provide a holistic classroom management approach to assigned courses, both for classroom or online setting.
  • Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic and career issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
  • Willing to be the coach of assigned sports.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Sports Science and/or equivalent.
  • Proven teaching experience in Sports and Athletics and has deep knowledge in Sports Science.
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a great passion for teaching and mentoring students and staying committed to deliver quality learnings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve student learning outcomes.
