Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Line Cook, or similar role in a pizzeria or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Italian cuisine and traditional pizza-making techniques is a plus.
