About the role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic call centre team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this exciting full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through virtual processes. Based in Carcar City Cebu, this position offers the flexibility of remote work to support our customers effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting all necessary information
  3. Resolving customer issues by identifying and proposing appropriate solutions
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Adhering to established call centre protocols and key performance metrics
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office productivity software
  5. A team-player attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Knowledge of Customer Service - Call Centre best practices and industry trends
