What You’ll Do:

Provide top-notch customer support over the phone in a friendly and helpful way.
Use your training (which we’ll provide) to solve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with your team during fun coaching sessions and meetings to grow and succeed.
Check the order status.
Process Refund or Replacement.

Who We’re Looking For:

If you’re 18 or older, you’re good to go
Whether you’re a high school graduate or finished senior high, we welcome you
Have good communication skills in English? That’s a plus
Comfortable using computers? You’re already ahead.
Willing to work onsite or even from home (depending on availability).
