Job Description:

Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual? Virtual Process is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Pioneer Accounts team in Cebu IT Park. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to products or services.

Deliver clear and effective solutions in a timely manner.

Perform basic assessments and troubleshoot customer queries.

Document customer interactions accurately and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.

No experience required – we welcome fresh graduates and entry-level candidates

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
