About the role

CPI Management Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Mactan Site Easy Account representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. Working from our modern office in Cebu City, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and efficient account management.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, promptly addressing their queries and resolving any issues
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing and record-keeping
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of account-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and suggesting innovative solutions
  • Maintaining a positive, professional and helpful attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • A team player with a positive, flexible and adaptable mindset
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
