About the role

Are you a friendly and efficient customer service professional looking for a rewarding full-time role? A System International Corporation' has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team based in Apas Cebu City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through a range of online channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner across various online platforms
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed and ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a positive, professional and courteous demeanour at all times when interacting with customers

What we're looking for

  • At least no experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the call centre and customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of diverse customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and online platforms to access customer information and provide timely responses
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
