Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
PMO Analyst

with 2–5 years of experience in project support or PMO roles, ideally within a managed services or IT environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting project governance and reporting in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support, reporting, and documentation to ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to track and report project progress.
  • Support project management processes across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Leverage project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) for monitoring and task management.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
