You'll be the engine behind Kindred's decision-making turning messy, multi-source data into crisp executive insights. You'll build a single source of truth, automate our reporting cadence, and deliver board-ready narratives that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Ownership & Expected Outcomes

  • Executive & Board Reporting: A reliable monthly board pack and weekly CEO dashboard with trends, driver analysis, and recommendations (not just numbers)
  • ROI & Forecasting: Channel-level marketing ROI, CAC/LTV views, demand forecasts, and sensitivity scenarios that tie to revenue and margin.
  • Operations Insight: Clinic utilization, provider productivity, no-show rate, TAT, inventory turns, pharmacy fill rate, and quality/compliance flags.
  • P&L Translation: Clear bridges from GMV → NMV → Margin (PC1/PC2/PC3) → EBITDA with variance analysis and "so-what/now-what."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards (weekly executive view; monthly board pack) across:
  • Growth: GMV/NMV, AOV, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention & cohort curves
  • Operations: Utilization %, capacity vs. demand, provider yield, no-show/cancellation
  • Pharmacy: Sell-through, gross margin, inventory turns, expiries risk, stock-outs
  • Finance: PC1/PC2/PC3, Opex tracking, runway views, variance vs. plan/forecast
  • Lead ROI analysis per marketing channel (Website/App, SEO, CRM, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok/IG) incl. MMM-lite and incrementality tests.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to define tracking plans (GA4/app events), source-to-dashboard data flows, and basic ETL where needed.
  • Run ad-hoc deep dives (e.g., price tests, discount elasticity, funnel drop-offs, clinic site performance) and present recommendations.
  • Maintain the Metric Dictionary (GMV, NMV, CAC, LTV, AOV, Utilization, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, PC1/2/3, EBITDA, etc.) and enforce consistent definitions across teams.
  • Prepare exec-ready info (clear storylines, callouts, risks, and decisions required from C-Level).

Qualifications: (Must-have)

  • 4–6 years in Business/Data Analysis, FP&A, Growth/Marketing Analytics, or Consulting (healthcare/e-commerce a plus).
  • Experience with Ads Managers (Meta/Google), App Store/Play Console, and ETL tools (e.g., BigQuery / Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel): cohort analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity tables.
  • Experience building executive dashboards
  • Comfort with financial statements and unit economics (price, mix, margin, contribution).
  • Excellent data storytelling—turn analyses into decisions with clear "so-what/now-what."
  • High ownership, bias for action, and impeccable data hygiene.
