Responsibilities:

o   Production of 3D models using 12D

o   2D output derived from 3D models

o   Communication with client to resolve issues arising

Requirements:

o   Civil Engineering graduate

o   Experienced 12D user

o   Revit skills a distinct advantage

o   Team player with design coordination experience

o   Ability to work with and manage client expectations

o   Ability to work with cloud based collaboration tools (12D Synergy Tool Set/BIM360)

o   Proven ability to use Autodesk Navisworks/Navigator

o   English language proficiency essential (International clients)

o   Strong portfolio of past projects

Workplace

o   Forsspac operates on a hybrid work setup

o   Hours of work are fully flexible, must complete 44 hours a week

o   Main office has hot desks that can be booked
